Unrefined Cereals:

Bran, Oatmeal, Granola, Wheat Germ, & Shredded Wheat.

Fresh Raw Fruits:

Apples, Pears, Grapes, Cherries, Plums, Apricots, & Peaches.

Cooked Fruits:

Applesauce, Prunes, & Figs.

Fresh Raw Vegetables:

Carrots, Celery, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Cabbage, & Scallions.

Cooked Vegetables:

Baked Potatoes, Squash, Broccoli, Green Beans, Onions, Spinach, & Corn.

Nuts:

Walnuts, Pecans, & Cashews. 
*Not recommended for patients with diverticular disorder.

Whole Grain Breads:

Whole Wheat, Cracked Wheat, & Bran Muffins.

Soup:

Fresh Vegetable with dried peas, & lentils and barley.

Preserves:

Chunky Orange & Marmalade.
